Riverside Park

The Riverside Park was granted planning permission in 2004 but has yet to be delivered due to infrastructure constraints and a lack of public sector funding. By working with Aberdeenshire Council and local stakeholders, Northburn can deliver a 140 acre public park with the necessary access and car parking as well as community recreation and sports facilities for local people to be proud of. Northburn has a proven track record of successful project delivery and can bring the required investment to make this long awaited park a reality.
